A message from John Woller, Founder of Summit Treestands:

Fellow hunters:

Another year has gone by and all of us hope that you had a good season… and a safe one.

I wasn’t able to put anything down and I didn’t hunt much but I had a great time when I did. We’re putting one of my two “missed opportunities” on one of the Summit’s High Places TV shows this year. My youngest grandson William got his first buck with a bow and arrow and it too will be on one of the TV episodes. His Dad videoed him... an unforgettable experience for both.

We continue to focus on safe quality products and we’ve been able to introduce some new products but it’s difficult to improve our climbers because they’ve been pretty well rung out. When you look at our catalog there is some expansion of some models and our “Pod” series designs are gaining popularity. The Ultimate Viper SS is just that. It’s the ultimate. The 180 Max SS is another hot contender in our corner. You’ll have to study the features and benefits for yourself or else this message will put you to sleep. We also have some new harness models like the Fastback deluxe and youth models.

Our introduction of the Hot Dot Bowsight was a surprise to everyone and it has been very successful. The reason for its success is that it solves several problems for bow hunters. (This was Summit’s treestand solution… we got the hunter silent, secure, camouflaged and comfortable) I really like it because of its simplicity. It’s not simple in technology obviously but after getting it zeroed in the features of a simple dot without a supporting post, adjustable brightness, battery conservation by sleeping when not in use, left or right hand versatility and avoiding a tilted bow are priceless not to mention the pendulum accuracy for treestand hunting.

Please continue to give us feedback because your experiences and ideas are, and always have been, valuable. Your hunting experiences and successes have allowed our staff to focus on Summit maintaining its’ reputation of “High Performance for High Places”.

Remember to support our military in what they’re doing to assure our security… they deserve our prayers. And don’t forget, Hunt tomorrow… Wear A Safety Harness Today.
